We recently posted a <a href=\"http:\/\/prevencionar.com\/2019\/01\/09\/empleo-en-prevencionar-coordinador-de-seguridad-y-salud\/amp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">similar offer on Prevencionar<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<h2>Job Offer Description for Health and Safety Coordinator<\/h2>\n<p>GespreObra requires a Health and Safety Technician to <strong>work in the Community of Madrid<\/strong>, with their own vehicle. The position is full-time. An employment contract is offered with a remuneration starting from 25,000 euros plus corresponding allowances. The salary is negotiable.   <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>functions to be performed in the position are those of a Health and Safety Coordinator<\/strong> as per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/1997\/10\/24\/1627\/con\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Royal Decree 1627\/97<\/a> on minimum safety and health provisions in construction works. Safety and health studies and safety and health plans must be prepared. <\/p>\n<h2>Requirements for the Health and Safety Coordinator Position<\/h2>\n<h3>General Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>Candidates must have a <strong>Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention<\/strong> qualification and the  <strong>safety and health coordination course during the execution phase<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A driving license and own vehicle are also required.<\/p>\n<h3>Experience Requirements<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator will be valued<\/strong> but is not an eliminatory requirement.<\/p>\n<h3>Language Requirements<\/h3>\n<p><strong>English proficiency will also be valued<\/strong>, initially at an intermediate level.<\/p>\n<h3>Other Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>The following requirements are considered <strong>essential<\/strong> for the position: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention Qualification<\/li>\n<li>Health and Safety Coordinator Course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Likewise, knowledge of the following software tools is considered <strong>essential<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AUTOCAD<\/li>\n<li>PRESTO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge of the following software tools is considered <strong>desirable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CYPE (structural calculation)<\/li>\n<li>MICROSOFT OFFICE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge in the following areas is considered <strong>desirable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BIM Modeling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested individuals can <strong>register using the following form<\/strong> and attach their curriculum vitae.<\/p>\n<p>[wpforms id=&#8221;76635&#8243; title=&#8221;true&#8221; description=&#8221;true&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At GespreObra, we are looking to expand our team of health and safety coordinators.
