Job Offer Description for Health and Safety Coordinator
GespreObra requires a Health and Safety Technician to work in the Community of Madrid, with their own vehicle. The position is full-time. An employment contract is offered with a remuneration starting from 25,000 euros plus corresponding allowances. The salary is negotiable.
The functions to be performed in the position are those of a Health and Safety Coordinator as per Royal Decree 1627/97 on minimum safety and health provisions in construction works. Safety and health studies and safety and health plans must be prepared.
Requirements for the Health and Safety Coordinator Position
General Requirements
Candidates must have a Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention qualification and the safety and health coordination course during the execution phase
A driving license and own vehicle are also required.
Experience Requirements
Experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator will be valued but is not an eliminatory requirement.
Language Requirements
English proficiency will also be valued, initially at an intermediate level.
Other Requirements
The following requirements are considered essential for the position:
- Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention Qualification
- Health and Safety Coordinator Course
Likewise, knowledge of the following software tools is considered essential:
- AUTOCAD
- PRESTO
Knowledge of the following software tools is considered desirable:
- CYPE (structural calculation)

- BIM Modeling
