Origin and Vision

GespreObra was founded on May 3, 2006 with a clear vision: to offer a different approach to occupational risk prevention; more human, accessible and less bureaucratic for everyone, adapted to the daily reality of construction sites and attentive to the individual needs of developers.
Our beginnings were linked to the coordination of safety and health in the construction of various buildings and housing developments; these projects, along with the commitment and trust placed in us by our clients, allowed us to progressively expand our scope of activity towards increasingly diverse and demanding sectors: rehabilitation and civil works, tertiary sector facilities, hotels, hospitals, pharmaceutical laboratories, protected buildings and sites of cultural interest (BIC), construction of logistics platforms, among others.
Service Expansion
From day one, at GespreObra we have maintained a firm conviction: occupational risk prevention is only effective when it is collaborative, understandable and adapted to each project. This approach to safety and health on construction sites has made us a strategic and trusted partner, giving rise to new business lines driven directly by our clients’ needs. Thus, in 2008, we began developing real and customized Safety and Health Studies (ESS), independent and thorough preventive audits, and offering comprehensive technical support throughout the entire construction cycle.
In response to this growth, in 2009 we created our Technical Office Department, specialized in the preparation of Safety and Health Plans (PSS), Self-Protection Plans (PAU), Preventive Management Documents for Construction Sites (DGPO), as well as in managing the opening of work centers, enabling the subcontracting register and coordinating documentation on our clients’ CAE platforms.
Internationalization
Simultaneously during 2009, the internationalization of many of our clients led us to take a further step, supporting them in providing risk prevention advice to international contracting companies executing works in Spain. Currently, we have a department specialized in managing international REA, posted workers (PWD), processing A1 forms, as well as reviewing, controlling and managing documentation on platforms, ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation and access to construction sites without delays.
Unique Projects
A new milestone in our trajectory came in 2019, when GespreObra became a pioneering company in the coordination of safety and health in large-scale outdoor advertising spaces. This is a highly specialized field, with significant technical and preventive challenges, which requires adapting all the principles of occupational risk prevention to a sector with very specific characteristics. Since then, we have successfully and consistently developed this activity, providing effective, safe preventive solutions fully adapted to this type of unique installation.
