About the service
The Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) becomes an employer’s obligation when several companies share the same workspace and carry out simultaneous activities alongside the company’s own operations.
It aims to guarantee the safety and health of workers when multiple companies perform activities in the same workplace. This involves a set of preventive measures established when there is a concurrence of activities in a single location.
The Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) is a legal obligation established to ensure the safety and health of workers when several companies carry out activities at the same workplace. This obligation is primarily regulated by Article 24 of Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention, and developed in detail by Royal Decree 171/2004 of January 30.
